Adopt a Babies-At-Work Program Today
Babies-At-Work
The Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health adopted a Bring Your Baby to Work Policy in 2009 and has since expanded across nearly every division in the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services.
A Babies-at-Work Program enables parents to bring their new babies to work and care for them while doing their jobs, generally until the babies are six to ten months of age or mobile. These programs are highly effective when structured well. The Nevada State Health Division applauds Businesses for supporting and encouraging their breastfeeding employees.
